

About 7 or 8 minutes later he finally hung up and without a word he made me a key tossed down on the counter. The lobby started to fill up with people needing something from him but he just talked away. He simply ignored me & went on with his phone conversation. I tried not to be rude & just pointed to the card. When I asked why he didn't open up sooner he said "we don't open till eleven." When I asked him why I should have to wait to get into my room he just ignored me and tossed a new key card on the counter." Another time I came in for the same reason & he was on the phone. After 10 minutes he finally opened the door. No matter how much I knocked he never acknowledge me. I could see manager through the blinds and he saw me. My key card to my room didn't work one day (a weekly sometimes daily occurrence) & went to the office to get a new key. The manager does not care about the guests. There are many examples I can point out of incompetence, laziness or just being rude but I will shorten it down to some really stand. Answers: I work long hours it generally doesn't matter where I stay & the motel is close to one of our suppliers & surrounded by stores/restaurants. You might wonder why I stayed so long if I wasn't happy with the accommodations. The Long Review: The company I work for sent me to Columbus & they checked into "In Town Suites" in October of 2021 & checked out in September 2022.

The Short review: In 35 years of traveling for work I have NEVER stayed in a motel as poorly run as "In Town Suites-Dublin" or their main office in Atlanta Georgia.
